I've forgotten my password
On the sign-in screen enter your email and tap Forgot password?. Open the link in the email to choose a new password, then sign in to the app with it.
How do I add my team?
Open Settings (the gear icon) and give colleagues your company's 6-character join code. They create their own account and enter the code to share your projects and snags.
How do I put my logo on reports?
Settings → Upload logo. Add your address, phone, email and a report colour while you're there — they appear on every PDF.
Where do PDF reports go?
In a project tap Create PDF report. On iPhone and Android the share sheet opens so you can save to Files, email it or send it on WhatsApp. On a computer the PDF downloads.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Your licence → Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete my account. This permanently removes your sign-in, licence and personal details, plus any company where you are the only member. If you can't sign in, email us from your account address and we'll do it for you.
